Rows in PER_ALL_ASSIGNMENTS_M with no matching person record in PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F. Orphaned assignments cause payroll failures, headcount inflation, and security access issues. Average instance: 12–40 rows.
Date-effective records where EFFECTIVE_END_DATE of row N ≠ EFFECTIVE_START_DATE of row N+1 − 1. Gaps cause incorrect as-of-date queries to silently return wrong results. Often created by HDL imports gone wrong.
Multiple PER_ALL_PEOPLE_F records sharing the same NI/SSN/TFN value. Creates compliance exposure and payroll double-payment risk. These are never surfaced in Oracle's standard validation UI.
ASSIGNMENT_TYPE = 'E' + ASSIGNMENT_STATUS_TYPE = 'ACTIVE_ASSIGN' with no matching PAY_ASSIGNMENTS_F record. Employees who should be paid but aren't enrolled. Catches onboarding process gaps.
Employees with ACTUAL_TERMINATION_DATE in the past who still have active payroll assignments. Common after bulk termination loads. Creates ghost payroll runs.
Base table records with no corresponding translation (_TL) row for the instance language. Causes blank display names in OTBI reports and UI lookups. Typically introduced by HDL or REST API loads that skip the TL payload.
FK references to FND_LOOKUP_VALUES where the lookup code has been disabled or deleted. Surfaces as blank dropdowns and failed validation on re-save. Scan covers NATIONALITY, MARITAL_STATUS, LEGISLATION_CODE, and 8 more.
